Yes! * For all jewellery goals that exceed 10,000 AED, Diamonds By Pelvi will add 500 AED to your balance, making it even easier for you to reach your goal. * Above 15,000 AED we will add on AED 1000 or up to 2% of the value, not exceeding AED 2000.

Definitely! The great thing is you can gain a bonus if you bring a friend along, * DBP will offer a referral bonus for an amount of AED 250 to you and AED 250 to your friend as a welcome bonus, when you invite other members to be a part of the DBP Diamond Rewards Programme. * You will receive a bonus for each member you invite (maximum of 4). This bonus can be used in conjunction with any reward above, another reward offered by this programme or any active DBP offer.

Goal Timelines are the length of time you choose to use the programme to acheive your diamond goal. We currently offer 3/6/9/12month timeline options.

Yes, in order to comply with local regulations all participants must submit information for a KYC and AML check for this you will require documents such as your Emirates ID or Passport.

Spends & Gift Card

The minimum goal spend is AED 10,000 Exclusive of VAT and Credit Card charges.

Yes there is a minimum goal spend of AED 10,000 exclusive of VAT and Credit Card charges, this spend can be accumulated across multiple products or on one product.

You can spend your gift cards once you complete your Goal Timeline plus 60 calendar days.

Yes, you must give us 6 weeks advance notice that you wish to purchase your diamond product before your Goal Timeline is complete and must comply with the minimum spend requirements.

Refunds, Withdrawls & Extensions

Yes, you can withdraw and request a refund at anytime, we require a minimum of a 6 week notice to process your refund in accordance with our refund policy.

In the event of your death your gift card total balance will be refunded to the nomiee you disclosed when registering for the programme.

No, the gift cards are non-transferable at this time.

Yes, you can spend a maximum of AED 20,000 monthly at this time.

Payments

You will be charged using a subscription service each month.

You can choose your payment date however this date cannot be changed once set.

No, once the subscription has been setup the date cannot be changed.

As it is a subscription payment method a credit card must be registered.

We will notify you and allow you 7days to make the payment, failure to make the payment a second time will result in you being unregistered from the programme and a refund will be processed for you in accordance with our refund policy.
